A penthouse on the Gold Coast has been sold for almost $20 million while the building is still under construction.
The $19,568,000 sale price is the highest off-the-plan apartment sale price in Surfers Paradise.
Almost 90 per cent of apartments in the Royale building have been sold with completion scheduled for mid next year.
Factors contributing to the appeal of the development include its location and design.
Marketing agent Adrian Parsons from Royale Gold Coast said the building’s orientation was a standout feature of its design.
“It was designed so every apartment had a perfect northerly aspect,” he said.
The penthouse has four bedrooms, four parking spaces and 360 degree views.
