Full-floor penthouse at Royale Gold Coast released to market for $19 million

A full-floor penthouse at the Royale Gold Coast has been released to the market for the first time, with a price tag of $19,068,750. The six-star beachfront residence forms part of the $576 million development by DD Living, led by developer David Devine.

The penthouse spans the entire 706 square metres of Level 35 and features 360-degree views across the Gold Coast and Hinterland. The property is part of a 38-level development currently under construction by Hutchinson Builders at Northcliffe Terrace, Surfers Paradise.

Adrian Parsons, managing director of TOTAL Property Group, which is managing apartment sales, said the property was the first of its kind on the Northcliffe beachfront.

“We are thrilled to be releasing Royale’s first full-floor penthouse to the market, as a penthouse of this distinction in a six-star apartment building on absolute beachfront is a remarkable residence,” he said.

Designed by DKO Architecture with interiors by Mim Design, the penthouse includes a gourmet kitchen with Italian natural stone, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and an oversized butler’s pantry and laundry. The floor plan also features a glass wine cellar, full-size bar, and 14-seat formal dining area.

The eastern wing contains the master suite, with ocean views, a sitting area, walk-in wardrobe, and a resort-style ensuite with freestanding bath, double shower, and wraparound glazing.

A 71-square-metre balcony includes a built-in barbecue, lounge and dining area. Other inclusions are a study, powder room and private entry lobby.

David Devine said the building was on track for completion in 2026.

“The high-end luxury interiors created by Mim Design, not just for this penthouse but across the whole building and its amenities, are superb six-star to compliment the exceptional architecture designed by DKO,” he said.

Apartments at Royale are priced from $4,987,500. Amenities include two lagoon-style beachfront pools, a gym, wellness centre, and Club Royale – a 560-square-metre resident facility featuring dining rooms, a commercial kitchen, wine cellar, and executive lounge.

The building is progressing at a rate of approximately one floor per week.
