Former MasterChef contestant Metter Chin has snapped up a luxury apartment on the Gold Coast.

The 2018 fan favourite and his partner Joseph Sbarro were holidaying on the Glitter Strip when they found out about Royale – planned for a beachfront site on Northcliffe Terrace, Surfers Paradise.

Royale Gold Coast is a $395 million residential apartment tower being delivered by developer David Devine’s group DD Living.

It will be built on a 2251 sqm northeast-facing corner site, comprising of 104 apartments across 38 levels.

TOTAL Property Group’s Adrian Parsons is managing the sales of Royale Gold Coast’s private residential apartments.

“With limited available stock for brand new luxury beachfront apartments on the Gold Coast, interest in Royale Gold Coast has intensified and we have been showing a high volume of potential purchasers through the sales display suite, particularly southern buyers who have taken time out to look at the display while holidaying on the Gold Coast,” he said.
