Over $41 Million Apartment Sales in Three Months – Royale Tower, Gold Coast

Your Neighbourhood - 11.05.2023

Summer on the Gold Coast was humming with apartment buyers and Royale Gold Coast captured the hearts of many to achieve over $ 41 million in apartment sales over just three months.

Eight prestigious absolute beachfront apartments at Royale Gold Coast sold for an average of $5.125 million each in the first quarter of 2023.

Royale Gold Coast is a $435 million, ultra-luxurious 38 level tower comprising of 104 premium private apartment residences on absolute beachfront with exclusive six-star resort-style amenities, being delivered by renowned property developer David Devine and his team at DD Living.

The sales of Royale Gold Coast apartments are being managed by luxury apartment marketing agency TOTAL Property Group that has reported the successful $41m sales achieved over the summer months.

TOTAL Property Group Managing Director and Royale Gold Coast Marketing Manager Adrian Parsons said strong market confidence in Royale Gold Coast was due to it being one of the few premium apartment developments under construction on the Gold Coast, the pedigree of developer David Devine and his appointment of leading Australian construction company Hutchinson Builders (Hutchies).

He said prestige property buyers were responding to Royale Gold Coast’s six-star qualities and rare, absolute beachfront location, then following some research have continued their journeys with certainty towards owning their premium beachfront apartment.

“The majority of apartments sold over summer have been purchased by Queenslanders with many of them Gold Coast locals,” Mr Parsons said.

“Royale is now the most advanced development under construction along the elite strip of Northcliffe Terrace. It is also the largest development site along this prestigious strip of Northcliffe and Garfield Terraces and the only development on absolute beachfront with two ground floor pools wrapping around the building.

“Royale’s savvy apartment purchasers fully understand what living there will really deliver – it is a limited opportunity for absolute beachfront, premium apartments with six-star amenity in a prime location.

“We are seeing buyer confidence strengthen as construction progresses on schedule under lead builder Hutchies with completion forecast for the fourth quarter of 2025.

“Royale’s developer David Devine is one of Australia’s most trusted and respected developers and Hutchies is a tier one construction company that has been operating in this country successfully for over 100 years.

“This truly is a rare opportunity to purchase a premium lifestyle apartment on absolute beachfront on the Gold Coast with beach and ocean views that can never be built out, thanks to Royale’s incredible northeast facing corner site of Markwell Avenue and Northcliffe Terrace.

Royale Gold Coast is DD Living’s signature collection of 104 premium two, three and four-bedroom apartments, beach homes, sky homes and penthouses, all with unobstructed beach and ocean views and exclusive access to six-star amenities.

DD Living CEO David Devine said the enthusiastic response to Royale Gold Coast was rewarding and congratulated his sales and marketing teams for achieving the outstanding results.

“It has been very exciting to hear about the demand for Royale’s apartments while the development is taking shape,” Mr Devine said.

“Soon our vision for this incredible development site will become a reality and Royale’s residents will join me in looking up at Royale during walks along the beach and feel so pleased to be part of the Royale community.

“The rare, absolute beachfront block at Northcliffe Terrace required transforming into a landmark address and we appointed two of Australia’s top design studios; architectural firm DKO Architecture and interior architectural design studio Mim Design, to craft a timeless and elegant building with luxuriously appointed beachfront apartments and high-end amenity.

“We are very pleased with the way Royale has been received and look forward to sharing the many wonderful development milestones over the next two years as we bring Royale Gold Coast to life.”

Royale Gold Coast’s unprecedented offering of luxurious private beachfront apartments are of exceptional size, inclusions and quality with premium design and building principles incorporated throughout, such as open plan living, ensuited bedrooms, useable indoor-outdoor space, generous storage and car parking.

Further elevating Royale to ultra-premium are the unobstructed beach and ocean views that can never be built out and two whole levels of six-star beach and club lifestyle amenity inspired by the world’s best resort hotels.

The impressive six-star residential amenities are for exclusive residential use and include a grand lobby with concierge service within the upper ground floor, while a porte cochere and Café Royale is located at street level. Club Royale, an exclusive residents’ club takes up the entire Level 1, featuring a private executive lounge, bar, private dining room, a Cuccina Chef’s kitchen and wine and whiskey lockers available for purchase. Royale Beach Club on the elevated ground floor steps out onto the beach and features two swimming pools, daybeds and lounges, plus a Royale Wellness Centre with gymnasium, steam room, sauna, spa and yoga terrace.

Royale Gold Coast’s prime location at 7-9 Northcliffe Terrace is near patrolled beaches, within walking distance to popular dining and shopping hubs of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and close to transport options for easy access to the greater Gold Coast.
